The Fair-Price Punch
Same Building. Same Steel. $2,086 Less.
Here's a real example from our lot. Our 18' wide × 26' long × 8' tall combo unit includes an 18×5 enclosed storage area. We sell it for $4,769.22 plus tax, installed. A competitor sells the same building, made from the same materials, for $6,855.26 plus tax.
And here's something most dealers won't tell you. Our price is the same whether you buy a kit or have us install it, so you might as well let our crew do the heavy lifting.

Covered & Protected: Real Installs From Real Customers
Every one of these buildings went up with our crew. Here's what our customers are keeping out of the weather.
Truck and Trailer, Both Covered
Large enough for the truck and the trailer. Now both stay out of the weather, and the paint on the truck stays protected.
Camper Under Cover
Tall enough for a travel trailer, so the RV roof stays out of the sun, rain and mountain snow.
Workshop With Two Lean-Tos
A storage area or workshop with covered lean-tos on both sides, in the color and size the customer picked.
Carport Combo With Enclosed End
Open bays for the vehicles plus an enclosed end for storage, all under one roof.
Three-Bay Barn-Style Garage
Three roll-up doors in barn red, sized and colored the way the customer wanted.
Painted Storage Building
4 Seasons buildings like this one sit on our Hiawassee lot, ready to deliver. Built to last, with colors picked by the customer.

FAQ
Straight Answers
Still have a question? Call 706-994-1264 and ask for Steve.
Is installation included?
Yes. Installation is included with all orders, and the price is the same whether you buy a kit or have us install it.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer rent-to-own with no traditional credit check or security deposit, 90-days-same-as-cash on eligible buildings, small-deposit ordering, and financing on larger builds.
Regular roof or vertical roof — which do I need?
A regular roof is the most budget-friendly choice. A vertical roof sheds rain, snow, and debris faster and is the better pick for longer buildings and heavy mountain weather. We'll help you decide.
Can I order without coming to the lot?
Absolutely. We can give free quotes and handle the whole order over the phone.
Are your buildings wind-certified?
Certified options are available, including 140 mph rated carports. Ask us which certifications are available for your model and location.
Do I need to prepare my site?
Your site should be reasonably level and accessible for our crew. If you're not sure about access, slope, or clearance, we can schedule a site check (a fee may apply).
How far do you deliver?
We serve 19 states. Portable storage buildings deliver free within our normal area, which includes 30 miles, with delivery available throughout Georgia and to qualifying locations in Alabama and Tennessee.
What are your hours?
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10am–4pm, Saturday 10am–4pm. Closed Wednesday and Sunday. Call ahead if you're driving in, and we'll make sure someone is on the lot.
